Notes:

1. If the payment for the Service is based on the duration, all the sessions of the Service use are subject to charging irrespective of their purpose, including the duration of sessions connected with the registration of e-mail addresses and WEB-sites, checking of the account code balance and transactions for its replenishment. The charging is made on a per-minute basis. An incomplete minute is charged as a complete minute. The minimum charged duration of the session is one minute. The charging begins 10 seconds after the successful completion of the identifier's authorization. The session charging stops at the moment of the disconnection on the initiative of the customer/user or the network. The sessions whose duration is less than 10 seconds are not charged for. In order to minimize the loss of customer's/user's money due to the fact that he has forgotten to terminate the connection, the connection will be forcibly terminated after 15 minutes from the moment when the IP-traffic interchange has stopped.

2. In instances when the fixed tariffs are applied, the drawdown of the money from the customer's account code is made at the moment when the customer registers the starting date and duration of the corresponding tariff validity period. The record of the duration of the Service usage sessions during the registered by the Customer periods of the fixed tariffs validity is not kept.
The time-based charging of the Service usage sessions will not be applied during the time of the day specified by the fixed tariff effective in periods for which Subscriber has registered.

3. For fixed tariffs of the "25 hours" and "60 hours" type the validity period registered by the Subscriber, shall be considered as ended. From the moment of the completion of the stated period the time-based charging for the Service will be applied subject to the positive balance on the Subscriber's account code. From the moment the validity period of the tariff of the "25 hours" or "60 hours" type expires, the Subscriber can register a new validity period of any fixed tariff from the current date.

4. The "Week-end". fixed tariff can be registered in addition to (remain effective on the same days) the previously registered tariffs of the "Night" type.

5. The registration of e-mail addresses and WEB-sites shall be made only subject to the availability of money on the account code.

6. Additional tariffs for mail boxes, WEB-sites and the use of Comstar teleconferencing server are not applied.

2. PRICES FOR INTERNET-CARDS FOR PAYMENT FOR THE DIAL-PUBLIC SERVICE IN RUBLES IF PURCHASED AT THE COMSTAR OFFICE, VALID FROM SEPTEMBER 10, 2003.

If the cards are bought wholesale a flexible discount scheme is applied.
