A Dial-Public Service Subscriber can register a fixed tariff validity period provided that the positive balance of his account code is sufficient to pay for the chosen type of the fixed tariff. The registration is allowed for the periods ending not later than 180 calendar days from the registration. It is possible to register different periods of fixed tariffs validity within the above-stated 180-day period. The validity periods of fixed tariffs "Night" and "Week-end" type, registered by the Subsrciber, can overlap (be effective on the same days).

During the validity periods of the fixed tariffs, registered by the Subscriber, the time-based charging and metering of the Service usage sessions duration shall not be applied during the time of the day specified by the fixed tariff in force. In other time of the day, the Service will be provide to the Subscriber until the access hours included in the fixed tariff are fully used. When the access hours included in the fixed tariff are fully used, the Service will be provided in accordance with the tariffs for the time-based charging subject to the positive balance on the Subscriber.s account code.

During the validity period of the fixed tariff, registered by the Subscriber, the access to the service shall be limited to one modem session for each service access identifier (Subscriber name and password). Not more than 1 minute before the beginning and ending of the fixed tariff validity period (the moment when the tariff type changes) all active modem connections with the Dial-Public Service access server are disconnected.

To register the fixed tariff validity period it is necessary to perform the following actions:

1. Input your unique Subscribername and password on the service server http://dp.comstar.ru in the section "For Registered Subscribers";
2. In menu "Management" press "Fixed Tariffs" and choose the type of the fixed tariff on page "Registration of fixed tariffs validity periods", then press "next";
3. In the registration calendar choose the starting date of the fixed tariff validity period;
4. Confirm the draw-down of money from the account code in accordance with the registered fixed tariff's validity period.

At any time, irrespective of the state of his account code the Subscriber can view the statistics of the registered validity periods of the fixed tariffs, which contains the starting and the ending date of the fixed tariffs validity periods, the cost, status (ordered/active/ended), time and date of registration.

Attention! The money is not refunded to the Subscriber's account code after it has been drawn down at the moment of the registration of the fixed tariff validity period.
