Dear Sirs!

We are pleased to inform you that by the end of April 2002 the modem pool for the access of our clients to Internet will be increased by 450 lines.

We hope that this measure will make the usage of our service easy and pleasant.

The new access numbers will be published on our site at the end of March.

At the same time we draw your attention to the fact that with effect from April 1, 2002 our tariffs will be changed and will differ depending on the access number. The possibility for Comstar to change tariffs is provided for by cl.3.2. of the "Terms and conditions of the provision of the Dial-Public service to physical persons" and by cl. 3.2. of the "Agreement on the provision of the Dial-Public service to legal entities".
