Comstar's Introduces Topping Off Of Users' Accounts Directly Through Rapida Payment System

Now Comstar's customers can use the Internet or a telephone to top off their personal accounts through the Rapida Payment System. Payments for Dial Public, Comstar's most popular Service (Dial Up access to the Internet) can be made using any Rapida financial instrument, among which are the bank cards and all-purpose payment cards.

Payment via the Internetis effected on the Rapida System Transaction Site in Section 'Payment - ISP'. When making payment by telephone on 363 2299, Recipient Code 529 must be used.

Irrespective of the payment method, a user will be required to indicate both its Accounting Code, which can be found out on page 'For Registered Users' on site http://www.dp.comstar.ru, and the amount by which its personal account must be topped off. The funds will be entered within 10 minutes. The Rapida System does not charge any commission fee to the users, and the account will be topped off by 79.37% of the amount of payment (less the VAT and sales tax withheld by Comstar.)

The payment via the Rapida System will become available in the near future not only for access to the Internet, but also for the fixed telephony services provided by Comstar.

"Virtual cards from Comstar to pay for access to the Internet have been sold through the Rapida System for a long time, and they are invariably in a great demand by our users," states Rapida's Vice-president Yuri Mishov. "Direct topping off of the personal accounts is a service of totally different level: much more convenient and cost-effective for the subscribers. It allows to top off an account by any amount depending on the user's requirements, and gives it a possibility to manage its funds in a more flexible way."
