Probably, you ran out of money. - Possibly the outgoing mail server (SMTP) is blocked for you. Comstar blocks the SMTP-server for those users, about whom complaints concerning "spam" and distribution of viruses were received. Regarding deblocking please contact the Users Support Service (tel.956-2200).

How to replenish the account by means of a card?
Enter your user name and password on site dp.comstar.ruu in section "for registered users". Then enter section "Payment", select "Internet-card" in the menu and type in the card number and password which you can find on the card under the protective strip.

I am a new user, who has just registered. I cannot get to the www.comail.ru server and create a mail box on it. What am I to do?
You have to log in with the user name which has already been registered. Most likely you logged in now under a guest login (dpguest). Terminate the current modem connection and specify your unique user name and password, assigned during registration, in the set up parameters of the new connection.

"Card's wrong number or password" message appears on the dp.comstar.ru site when the account is replenished by means of an Internet-card.
May be you entered an incorrect card's password. Make sure the key-board is switched over to the Roman alphabet mode. Call user support service on tel. 956-2200 and check the password.

How to create a mail box?
After you have registered and replenished your account (i.e. activated your Internet-card), log in again with your user name and password which were assigned during registration. You can register your e-mail address on the www.comail.ru site, In order to use the e-mail you will need a mail-client programme (Outlook, Outlook Express, BAT etc.) .
